What do you guys do for workout music? I think I've listened to every mp3 in my collection about 100 times. I've tried downloading podcasts (mostly ESPN), but they aren't exactly the fast paced tracks that keep me going on cardio or when I'm lifting. For awhile, I was even transfering TV shows from the DVR to an iPod video and watching those while I ran.
I try to download new stuff, but it's hard to keep up with week to week. Any one have any other ideas?
there are millions of songs out there to listen to. just do a google search for whatever kind of music you listen to and you will find something new. my cardio is sports, so i dont know what to tell you about that....i would just watch a movie or get a tv series going.
