How should I start...

What should I focus on???

Cliff/Don/Aaron/Adam/Nate/Ryan etc.... yall know what I gotta work on. How should I start? Give me a weekly routine to do. I'm thinking I need to focus on cardio first.... I'm not althletic by any means....So, it'll be tough, but I'm totally dedicated to it.

No more alcohol, period. Being a beginner with your goals, I'd really suggest finding a cardio class that you can get to 4-5 days a week. It's a total body workout that focuses on fat loss, and they show you what to do.

haha...didn't realize you were a girl.

Have you looked into a spin class. Believe it or not those are pretty intense. I've dated a few girls that did those frequently, and that kept them in great shape. Tightening your ass can be done with "inclined" squats. Also knows as power squats. Running bleachers also helps quite a bit. Keep things low weight high rep. What resources do you have to work out with?

haha...I loved watching the lower girls weight classes at powerlifting meets. It's amazing how sexy some of those chicks are throwing up that kinda weight. haha...and every now and then a titty would pop out when trying to take off a bench shirt.

I just saw that you've got a membership to 25 Hour, they've got a great cardio schedule, as well as spin classes depending on the location. Find a couple that sound interesting and hit them up regularly. You can make an amazing transformation if you tighten up your diet like we discussed, and get some regular cardio.

yes...forgot to mention the importance of a diet. But Raven knows alot more about eating correctly than me. I'm just know a high protein diet which wouldn't benefit you as much as it does me since I'm more of a lifter.

It's a new gym specifically tailored for new mothers that need that extra hour in the day to get everything done.
