225 lbs. for Curls

I was working out today with my trainer today doing 185 lbs. straight bar curls. He had to show me up doing 225 lbs like it was nothing. What a monster


I would rather live my life as if there is a God, and die to find out there isn't, than live my life as if there isn't, and die to find out there is.

He just did a show. Cut down from 330 to 251. He is trying to get his strength and size back. As much as he wants to get his IFBB pro card he is a natural powerlifter. Give him a month or two and I will get a video of some 315 lbs curls and some 700 lbs raw benches. He is a freak.

they say barbell curls is actually an exercise that cheating can be good for you. because cheating on curls allows you to use heavier weight, but your still using your arms a great deal.

Thats pretty good. But being a trainer he should know that quality is better that quantity(him swaying b/c of to many sets)

Well senior dumb ass. What you do is bend at the knees wich brings you down to the weight and then pull it in. Or if you have a spotter, thats their job. Basically thats what you should have been doing instead of sucking his balls and taking pics you foggot. Any one can be a trainer these days.

Impressive none the less. But the form looks like he was swinging it up. But swinging it up or not. Thats alot of weight to curl. I can curl 2 35s on the bar. I think the curl bar weighs about 15 to 20 lbs. So right at 90lbs max for me. But I use the seat & do preacher curls all the way straight down & back up.
