working out while sick
Didn't think I was as sick as I was I guess, but I've been fighting the crud for a couple weeks now and thought I was on the end of it so Thursday night I start lifting and felt like my chest was going to explode when I pushed. I thought maybe it was because I hadn't lifted in a couple of weeks so I just did half the reps. By yesterday evening I could hardly get off the couch. It felt like id way overdone it even though I hadn't. It's somewhat better today although still a somewhat sore when I bend certain ways. Your thoughts?
