So it time to get back to a routine.. :(
I have been training off and on and with Aaron's diet I want to be down to around 210-215.
I will be training 6 days a week with sunday off.
I am excited and I am so tired of having this disgusting stomach and love handles.

I will have my supps and "things" on hand for my 12 week trial.
I will have updates and one more thing how do people in cubicles ever maintain a diet? Everyone bitches at me for eating eggs or tuna LOL
