SYNTHA 6

stuff tastes great 44g's protein per two scoop serving. Mochachino (sp) is OK, but the chocolate, vanilla, and cookies/cream are the shizzy.

Everything I have read says the body needs 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight you want to achieve DAILY. I just don't have the time or the stomach size to try and get 215 grams in me daily.....thats why a 44 g shake really comes in handy as a supplement.

Kinda wondering the same thing. there are so many protein shakes/stackers out there. I just bought the Muscle tech products Nitrotech/Cell tech. Does it really matter which one you buy, and are one better than the other. There are so many other brand names out there, Met RX, BSN, Muscle milk, etc... The Muscle tech stuff i bought was really expensive, it was about $100 for both products and i wouldnt mind getting something not as expensive. the Met Rx seems a lot more reasonably priced, but i dont know jack about what to look for in a product

For bulking I'd recommend Muscle Milk or MetRx for a straight up shake. The stuff that you bought is different in the fact that it's got NO2 in it, as well as creatine, which makes it more expensive than most standard proteins and meal meal replacements.
