im getting back into the gym , hell I have not worked out hard in 5 or more years and everything is hard as hell to do , is there anything to take to keep muscles from cramping during lifting?

1995 cobra bolt ons red with black cloth 1.76 60'


13.27 at 102.83 6123' air ... in shop getting procharged d1sc canfield heads etc etc

Muscle cramp for a few reasons, so not always. Staying hydrated and consuming/supplementing with potassium helps the nervous system to release the muscle stimulation. Further, having sugar in your blood better allows the myosin in your muscle fibers to release.
