I take them every once in a while, but there is no way I could take 2 paks which is what ONE serving is -- 22 pills. I am looking for a suitable alternative that is reasonably priced but still has the function of a good multivitamin/aminos.

I've found that Orange Triad is the best multi. Has multi, joint, ammun, and digest. all in one. You'll have to get aminos elsewhere though.

I take Uni-livers 3 times daily (4 @ breakfast, 3 at lunch, 3 at dinner = 10) and get some BCAAs from my protein powders... the Uni-livers cover that. I need to start getting into some glucosamine. I tore my right rotator cuff, it sucks.

I have heard pretty good things about this one. But definitely get it online, retail stores mark stuff up like mad.

Im taking them now,
Like stated above these are fucking horse pills, It takes me a full waterbottle and 5min to get all of them down.
I feel like im eating another meal.
I just take them whith my lunch, try to space them out throughout .
I believe there are 11 pills in a pack and 6 of them are fucking huge.

I just take one pack a day, I dont consider myself a body builder whcih thats what the two is intended for.

I'm taking glucosamne and chondroitin for my left knee, and all I can say is, don't expect any miracles. It still hurts throuhout the day. You've simply gotta rest and give it time to heal.
