If it floats the boat be the best you can be.

Since I'm more interested in shaving a few seconds of my mile pace running carrying anything more than 175 is silly for me.

Curious do they have any events that are bodybuilding shows one day and powerlifting the next with a combined score?

For example, in running events there are a few every year where you bench your weight as many times as you can and then run a 5K. Each rep is worth like 5 seconds off your 5K time.

I know one bad ass that goes negative time.

My 401K is now a 400K (was 301K)

I can appreciate the hard work and dedication it takes to get to that point...but, it is definitely not for me.

He is in Strouds Gym every morning when I am training. He looks crazy in person. He was doing circut training for the last 6 or so weeks.
