Alright, this is it... my cut begins monday!
Tomorrow I am going to do a 7 point electro-caliper test for body fat % to get a realistic number. I know, dunking is better, but for what I am doing I am not paying to get dunked every day. I weigh 149 currently, and safely assume I am at 13.5%-15% on my body fat. End result? I want to be 8.9%-9.5% DUNKED. Anyways, Monday I am going back into a slight calorie reduction diet for 2 weeks. For some background info...
Currently I am perfectly maintaining with a 2100-2300 calorie a day diet on lifting days and a 1900 calorie a day diet on cardio only. I will begin tracking my meals again on a daily basis. Until the 1st of October, I will deficit 300 calories a day and allow a cheat meal once a week (max of 3,000 calories that day REGARDLESS)
On October 1st I am going to drop weight training days to a 1700 calorie max and 1500 on cardio/off days. I am going to use a weight-dropping stack, might try to design an ECA or pick up the tri-lean from ALRi... we'll see come october.
We are going to use the same calipers and I am going to chart the results. we are going to check tomorrow, next saturday, the last saturday of the month, and then on Oct. 1st I will be measuring just about every day. Same spot, every time.
If I am right, and I am at a mid 14% right now, it will require me losing 8-9 lbs of pure fat. If I can gain 2-3 lbs of muscle ducing the next 6ish weeks, I should end up at 143 lbs and sub-10%.
