Diet?

How do yall force yourself to have a good diet? My awful eating like a fatty habit is the only thing keeping my training down I really like food

In that case it's th ability to make progress, wether is be strength, size, or cut for the summer. not to mention that I feel sooo much better when I've been eating clean for a while. Greasy food gets to be "gross" once you've been away from it long enough.

yea my runnings fine, I just want to get rid of the beer belly I've developed since I got home in 06 Although cutting out the gut would probably help me shave off a little time. I'd like to get back to sub 16 5ks

There's two good reasons right there to eat right. Not to mention the sense of accomplishment for being mentally strong enough to stick to it.
