I started my dieting on May 30th. I was 159 lbs at that point, and completely redesigned my eating habits/meals/etc. and began riding my bike as well as jogging. Between the cardio and careful calorie monitoring, I dropped from 159 to 144.5 by June 29th.
I unfortunately don't have a good pic of me before I dropped the weight, so here's one from march...

I took up weight training in the beginning of July. The first 4 weeks was getting my muscle groups used to the different excersizes, and doing a bunch of high rep sets to tone everything up.
I took these pics on August 1st...
and July 30th.
As of today, I weigh 149 lbs and am at 13% bodyfat per caliper measurement, and have dropped another inch off my waist since the June photo @ 144.5
I don't use any weight cutting drugs, I don't use any illegal substances in the gym. I bust my ass almost every day. My goal is to be 147 lbs and at 9% bodtfat (per same calipers and points) by october 31st.
