Whats your Workout look like??

Post your workout week and what your goals are...Just curious How Shitty mine is compared to people who actually know what they are doing lol...

Monday-Back/abs/Some kind of legs
Wednesday-Shoulders/tris
Thursday-Legs/abs
Friday-Chest/bi's
Sunday-Cardio or light all

Sunday off

I jog every morning for cardio, and on my abs-only day I get another 30 minutes on the elliptical. My current goal is to get back down below 10% (Im about 13-14% now) while maintaining my current strength, if not to pack on a couple lean pounds.

Bike - 200 to 300 miles per week
Run - 30 to 40 miles per week
Swim - 15-20,000 yards per week
Weights - 2x
Core - 3x

schedule varies week to week

get back to running ironman distance triathlons in the 10 hour range.

My 401K is now a 400K (was 301K)

Monday- Chest/Tris/Abs
Wednesday- Back/ Traps/Bis
Friday- Legs/Abs/ shoulders

Tuesday and Thursday are mat training days. Reserved for rolling or standup, depending on who shows up. Possibly weapons etc. Otherwise it is a straight cardio day.

Mine changes every week.

I do two muscles a day.
Light cardio every 3rd day. Those are my off days.

Ya mine also its not set in stone at all At least 2 muscle groups a day..
Hey grayhorse, What kind of pre workout supps do you take??

When you goal is to complete 2.4 miles of swimming, 112 miles of biking and 26.2 miles of running in the 10 hour ranges you need just a leetle cardio.

Sun - Back and bi's 45 min. cardio
Mon - Shoulders 45 min. cardio
Tues - Chest and tri's 45 min. cardio
wed - 1 hr 30 min cardio only
thurs - Legs only
fri - Back and bi's, 45 min. cardio
Sat - 1 hr cardio only

Sups - Usual protein post-workout... currently considering NO3 Overload for pre-workout, I was very happy with my results. Otherwise, glutamine and creatine directly after weights, glutamine after cardio-only workouts

It has been an extremely painful transition into the athletic monster that I am today. I will however say that it's well worth the sweat. I like to mix things up by walking on my hands for a few minutes per set, 3 or 4 sets per workout.
