Take some NSAIDs like ibuprofen, Aleve, etc. You only have a window of about a week with NSAIDs after the injury.
If you are looking for supplements for any ligament/tendon injury you can try:
1000mg glucosamine sulfate
1000mg Vitamin C
taken 3 times daily.
Of course, the best advice is to seek medical help.
