3 Month Transformation is Over!

Finished my transformation Friday.
I'm competing for $500 and a ton of free supplements probably over $1000 worth. I think i did pretty good. Started my cut a little late cause i had the powerlifting comp. 3 weeks ago and i needed all the size i could get for it.

Starting weight 194lbs 13.5% BF
Ending weight 194lbs 9.5% BF

It's tough gaining size and losing BF at the same time that's for sure! That was my goal though so i stuck with it.
I cant wait to eat some donuts in the morning! I actually had a little bit better diet for the first time in my life.

Wish me luck, the winner is picked on the 8th!

excellent. what method are you using to measure body fat %?

My done date is October 31st. I am currently 147, I want to end up at 148 after adding another 7 pounds of muscle. I am making some decent progress as it is, so we shall see!

I've just been using the electrod tester at the gym. Photobuckets been down but i'll post some pics when it's back up.

You might look into the ALRI Venom Hyperdrive also. I have half my fire dept hooked on it. It's an energy and appetite supressant (sp?) It works good.

They have it at ult. sports nutrition...

Hey, I have to agree with many others here that your determination to get into the shape you're in is just awesome! Your hard work and effort really shows in the pics shared. Others like myself wish that we looked like you now but for me I can't get in that shape ever. Congrats again on your accomplishment!

Well damn, i placed 2nd.

I thought i had it won. It was 58 to 56 with 3rd being 39.

I won $300 and a ton of supps. The supplements will be the same as first but he got $500.
Damn, just makes me wanna hit the focking gym harder.

What was your lifting regemin like Greg? I just started a similar trimming phase, and my instincts tell me to go hi reps to burn the fat, but Dave's trying to convince me to keep it heavy throughout the diet. What rep range do you train in?

I trained heavy the whole time. Reps of 6-8. I did do a lot of super-sets though.

Sometimes i'll change it up with some drop-sets also, but it will always be heavy for me.
