damn freight train

smacked into me about 5 am this morning.. hit me real hard.. lol.. god it feels good to hurt again

started lifting on saterday again.. nothing spectacular.. jsut sticking to 365 on the bench till i can get back into it and build my shoulder back up.

im not going to be lifting heavy enough to hurt anything. I put the CAP on th bench at 405...

i am. started 15 min before lifting to get the blood flowing. and then 15-20 min after till my asthama lets out and then i can bump that up,.

I decided a couple of years back that I wasn't going to lift more than 405. The odds of me ever hitting 495 are slim, so I'd rather spare my joints and rep 405. Of course as much as I have hit the gym in the past 9 months that won't be an issue.

Ironically I'm not even sore, nor was I yesterday. My chest seems to respond to higher reps better, and it's my legs that love the low rep sets. That 9am start time is gonna take some adjusting, but it was nice to have the rest of the day to get shit done.
