Question Bananas

I got a major bad, painful, made-me-want-to-cry cramp in my calf muscle while playing baseball today. I was probably dehydrated, among other things, but I had a couple of bananas after the game because I'd always heard that cramps were generally a sign of low potassium, and bananas are full of potassium. While trying to get an idea of how much potassium they had, I came across this website:

Seems like there's an awful lot of good shit they can do for you, according to that site, but I was wondering how much was actually true.

no telling. Probably a lot of it depending on the issues you happen to have.

I eat one each day usually. Also, eat raspberries and strawberries. Berries are higher in antioxidants than other fruits!

1 cup Fiber One, rasberries, strawberries, blueberries, banana in a cup of skim milk every morning...

Sets me up for the morning poop and a day worth of energy.

My 401K is now a 400K (was 301K)

Put that in a blender and add some protein powder and I bet that would be some good stuff!!!!
