General rule of thumb.....protein is protein is protein. Take any kind, and lots of it. At least 1 gram for every pound you WANT to weigh. The best way to lose bodyfat is to keep the supplements to a minimum. ( a good multi, creatine, and maybe aminos) and eat 6 meals a day.....good meals. You will drop weight immediately. Most people just don't want to go to the time or trouble. Stay away from stimulants..they may work at first, but can weaken heart valves, not to mention thin your blood way to much due to the thermogenic stack, willow bark, caffeine and ephedrine. Just my opinion as a trainer.
And oh yeah, MOST of the GNC employees just parrot what they are told. You are better off researching at bodybuilding dot com for info. Good forums over there.
