i am in a work out class getting my pe credit and we had a test today. i didn't do too bad. (keep in mind i am a little guy...5'10.5, 142lb)
bench(on a dumb machine< they don't have enough spotters for free weights) 185-was-145
I havent finished a cycle to test my progress yet. Though I can say that my cardio has improved substantially and the soreness definelty isnt as severe as before with the weights.
Am I the only one that like to feel the soreness the next day? Even with stretching.
