I posted on my little "project" a while back. Basically, I was drinking 12-14 Dr Peppers a day, eating fast food about 3 times a week and a big dinner. I weighed 213. Some of the guys at work all put $50 each on a friendly wager to see who can lose the most weight by 8/10/2007. All I have done is cut out the Dr Pepper completely, run every 3rd day, and go almost completely fat free on the food (while cutting down the amount). Anyway, I just weighed myself on the scale and I'm 192. We use the same calibrated scale at the Baylor Health Center at the jobsite.
21 pounds, 18 days!! Eat your heart out Jared!
