Congrats man. I couldn't imagine lifting that much weight! I am a 6'1" skinny white guy. I did manage to push up 205lbs. on bench yesterday. I weigh 180 right now. I know that sounds pathetic, but hey, I am proud of it. Gotta get started somewhere! I haven't tried to lift heavy since my heart surgeries 2 years ago. Just trying to stay in somewhat of a decent shape!

Door guy at Rocky's in Valley Ranch on Tuesday night.... named Ryan. Benches 500+, squats over 8, looks crazy as fuck and used to be fat. Now I am pretty sure he's in the low 200's and doesn't even compete.

Well I was going to rag on you for this post, but then I read the heart surgeries part. Good on ya for getting in the gym and staying healthy.

I was proud when my little 155lb ass put up 225 a couple of weeks ago. I've had a hard time getting back to the gym since I got back from school.

Dallas news reports Tony Romo tried to commit suicide last night!

Fortunately he dropped the gun and the bullet was intercepted!

I like DB's better, but i can put up some good barbell weight also. For my size at least.

getting weak sucks.. 3rd back work out of the year.. and i was Barely able to 1 arm row 7 plates per arm for 4.. but at least i got 6 plates for 10!
