Hoodia

Have you taken it? If so, did it work for you? My co-worker has been taking it in liquid form and has lost almost ten pounds in the last two weeks...just curious to hear some other opinions. TIA!

Meh. Someone with a body used to a poor diet and no exercise can drop almost ten pounds in two weeks by following a well planned diet and cardio program. No Hoodia or Whatdahyuh needed.

This is probably true. But, I am used to over eating... I am almost always hungry and eat way too much! I thought this might help curb my appetite so I can adjust to eating less and then quit taking it once my constant hunger subsides. I hate the way ephedra or those type of supplements make me feel and this is not supposed to have those type of side effects so I thought it would be better.

Trust me, I know all about over eating. Been there before. I know just popping a pill sounds so easy, but it's almost always unnecessary and may not work at all. You can control your appetite by eating 6-7 small meals a day. It's hard to get "hungry" when you eat every two and half hours. You just have to eat the right things at the right time. By doing this and exercising regularly I've lost 50 pounds since last August. If you had come over and said hi at BJ's last week, you could have seen how dead sexy I am.

Haha... I didn't know that was you with them! We should have come by when we were done but we had to get to our movie.

I have atleast 15 pounds to lose... preferrably 20. We got our bowflex set up last night, I've eaten well today, and I plan to work out tonight when I learn how to work the bowflex. I already got some Hoodia so if it helps that should be an added bonus. I went in halves with a co-worker and got it cheap so I figure it's worth a shot.

Hoodia was what was in TrimSpa when Anna Nicole was taking it.

I guess you could ask her. No, I guess you can't.

You also got to be careful on who the manufacturer is. Not all the products claiming they are hoodia based are actually hoodia based. The FTC is having a field day with companies selling hoodia products.

But... of course... the best thing is always behavior modification and lifestyle management.

My 401K is now a 400K (was 301K)
