Trt

36yrs old, 6'1 205 13% bf. Just got on testosterone replacement at 200mg/wk and I have never felt better. I had forgotten what it felt like to have this high of a test level. We are maintaining the total test near 1000 and using arimidex to keep the estrogen less than 30. Made the decision after my 2nd son was born since we do not want any more children. You old guys should have your level checked and give it a try.

My dad's 49 and works out with me 3 days a week but doesn't see the same results, and it's getting harder on him. How hard would it be to get him on some of this stuff?

I just wish is was more affordable. Now that I don't have any insurance, I guess I'll have to grow old and brittle for now.

I was asking about that Arimidex not too long ago. Have a friends husband that got on it and had great results. Your T-sup...is that by injection? That would be my next hurdle.

aromatase inhibitors alone will increase your test a bit, but only if you are pretty high in BF% since all the aromatase enzymes are in adipose tissue. TRT is via weekly injections which are painless.

What he said...

Men produce estrogen via the aromatization of testosterone...with the aromatase enzyme. So, the more testosterone you have around, the more estrogen produced. This is why you get water retention and gyno when using AAS. You can use the aromatase inhibitors to keep estrogen levels normal while maintaining elevated test levels.

Need your Dr.; I'm 35 and when I brought this up with my Dr. he wouldn't even discuss the matter.

Yes, I am under the care of an endocrinologist for my TRT and he has no priveleges in Texas. Each 10ml Testosterone cypionate vial has 200mg/ml so that is 1ml per week. This will last 10wks and the vial cost me $108. My insurance wont cover injectables for some reason. But they do cover the arimidex.
