For the type of body that most women are looking for, I'd suggest cleaning up your diet, and find a set or two of cardio programs that you can follow. At home you can to lunges, body squats, glute squeezes, knee push ups. Get you a couple dumbells and you can add upright flyes for the shoulder, reverse flyes for your back, and curls/tricep extensions for your arms.
