slimfast

does this shit actually work? tastes good i know that lol. I have been drinking them for breakfast along with 2 pieces of whole wheat toast for the last week. i hope thats alright, but i never used to eat breakfast so i guess thats better than not eating. any other ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.

It works as a meal substitute. It's basically like a multi-vitamin with some calories.

It's the protein. I noticed when I first started drinking protein shakes, my farts smelled so bad, but, eventually that goes away. Maybe it has something to do with the body taking in pure protein...I really don't know.

I did the meal substitution thing with the Target brand slim fast's(they taste better and are cheaper) and I did lose a few pounds. I couldn't stick to them though, they get old quick.

I did it a while back for a few months. I lost a shit load of weight but like the others said they get old fast. And now I've gained all the weight back....go figure.

BTW...the Wal-mart ones..imo...are better tasting and the cheapest. They are not as sugary.
