Need some help!!!! Been working out for about 4 Ĺ months did really well the first 3 Ĺ dropped about 34lbs, but the last month really havenít done so well, havenít lost any weight. Donít know what Iím doing wrong now. Maybe someone might have a suggestion. Here my workout and diet
M-W-F full body Chest, back, hams, quads, calves, triceps, biceps, and shoulders all 3 sets each 12 reps + 5 min cardio before and 10 after
T-T-F Cardio 25-30 min on elliptical or 2 Ĺ to 3 miles at my local track
Sundays I walk with the family and all workouts done in the morning.
Diet pretty standard 5-6 meals a day no more then 1500 calories
Here is an example of an average day
Protein shakes and piece of fruit + supplements Multi-vitamin, creatine, Omega3, CLA and stacker
Oatmeal and Ĺ a serving of protein
Turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread and a piece of fruit or melon
Protein bar and fruit or melon
Chicken breast or lean beef and a salad or other veggies
Not all the time but before bed a protein shake.
Thatís about it any help would be greatly appreciated
