Question Need help

Need some help!!!! Been working out for about 4 Ĺ months did really well the first 3 Ĺ dropped about 34lbs, but the last month really havenít done so well, havenít lost any weight. Donít know what Iím doing wrong now. Maybe someone might have a suggestion. Here my workout and diet

M-W-F full body Chest, back, hams, quads, calves, triceps, biceps, and shoulders all 3 sets each 12 reps + 5 min cardio before and 10 after

T-T-F Cardio 25-30 min on elliptical or 2 Ĺ to 3 miles at my local track
Sundays I walk with the family and all workouts done in the morning.

Diet pretty standard 5-6 meals a day no more then 1500 calories
Here is an example of an average day
1st meal
Protein shakes and piece of fruit + supplements Multi-vitamin, creatine, Omega3, CLA and stacker
2nd meal
Oatmeal and Ĺ a serving of protein
3rd meal
Turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread and a piece of fruit or melon
4th meal
Protein bar and fruit or melon
5th meal
Chicken breast or lean beef and a salad or other veggies
6th meal
Not all the time but before bed a protein shake.
Thatís about it any help would be greatly appreciated

whats your weight? if your around normal weight and eating a 1500 calorie (basically just what your body needs to get through), working out 5 times a week with 3 days of heavy weight training is probobly too much... also keep in mind that muscle mass weighs alot more than fat so net weight loss is only accurate to a certain extent.

Best idea would be to do full body monday and friday and light cardio each day after weights as well as light cardio on tues and thurs and maybe full cardio on wed... you cant overwork your body or else it freaks out and does weird shit

1500 cal diet starts @ the beginning of June for me

Your body has it's own ideal weight, and the closer you get to that, the harder it is to lose that weight. Look at all those weight loss shows. They lose most of their weight in the first few weeks, then start losing less and less each week.

How much do you weigh??? And how much protein are you taking??? Any protien that your body cant use turns into carbs... Maybe you're taking to much???
