Need some upper body strenght after a wreck
Last Sept. I had a big crash in the racing Kart and disloacated my right shoulder and broke the bones that hold everything togeather. Was doing free weight work before the crash but stayed off untill the Doc was happy. Have driven a few races this year but I suck. Get tired early in the race and don't have the strenght I need to turn the Kart. Have never gone to a gym to workout but the doc says need to go to one with machines before the freeweights. Live in Irving, anyone have any ideas where/who to see. Gotten fat and slow. Hate lossing races.
