Not really counting them. Iv been working out for the last 4 weeks and have been eating healthy 6 days a week for the last 5 moths. By healthy I mean 32protein per meal, carbs in the morning, veggies at night, no fried foods,no sugary snacks,no trans fat, and eating every 3 hours. I just dont want to be sucking down gatorade and find out its hurting me loosing weight and gaining muscle. Iv lost 20 pounds so far and want to loose another 20.
