Creatine

Is it good to take creatine when you are trying to loose weight? I been taking it for a 3weeks and i gain 10lbs. Should i stop or still take it.

It's not going to affect your bdy's ability to burn fat, but creatine does cause water retention, thus the weight gain. I'd suggest that you hold off on taking it until oyu've lost the weight, then after summer's over you can do a bulking phase where you can eat a little more and put it to better use.

creatine puts water in your muscles which helps your muscles heal faster which is where you get your water retention, it has not bearing on your losing weight but depending on how much cardio you are doing it will help you to not get sore. when you want to drop the water weight go to walmart and go to the pharmacy and they sell stuf that women take that will get rid of the water retention. its over the counter obviously.
