Winny....

Ya sooo I remember someone having some knowledge on this subject..
Winstrol only 50/75mg ed - How long can I do this..Will be taking Milk thistle and all that junk also..thanks

hi.. i have done lots of juiceors but still cant lift anything. what am i doing wrong???

Is that all you're taking? Any PCT planned? What are your intentions/goals for taking the Winstrol? Alone it is good for strength gains while on, but unless you stack it with something else, you won't see much actual muscle growth, and can expect to keep less than half the strength gains depending on how seasoned you are, and how good your post cycle diet/hormone recovery plan is.

I personally think that by asking such a broad question, you should stick to orange or apple juice.

Original cycle was going to be
wk 1-3 30mged Dbol
wk 1-12 Test e 600mgew
wk 8-12 winstrol 50mged
Start nolvadex during second third week 50mged, Aromasin 2 sprays a day
See how this plays out and if needed clomid or any others...Along with diet

Gains wanted for this cycle- a lean, strong 198lbs



Winny only just catch back up in size and strength where I used to be..

Am I missin something? Winny is used to shed water and cut. You will gain some muscle but should be used for cutting which is why almost everybody sy=tacks it with dbol/sust.

Its always better to combine winny with another. Winny itself is fairly weak.

Not sure who your askin I have never known anybody to do a solo winnie cycle its always like I said. Its great to cut I went from 300+ to 260 and used winne the last 10 pounds.

On a side not I have a buddy who started a cycle of sust a year ago and never went off of it. lol

Well Really.. I have some friends on it And have Done ALOT of research and im still learning....I GET IT WINNY IS A CUTTER!!! Thats why I put it at the end of my cycle..I Really dont want the face bloat that comes with Test or Sust(supertest)..

Keep some nolva on hand in case you experience any gyno while on cycle. Being that Winstrol is fairly mild, you could run it a little longer if need be, up to 6 weeks. As has been stated, the winny will give strength and cut some of the bloat, but yoiur groth will come from the test and dbol. Is this your first cycle? I ask because all the research I've read says that 500mg is a good starting point, you'll probably be alright with 600, but from my understanding over-dosing won't make for any more progress, so you may as well save some coin. I comtemplated cylcing some test, but I couldn't get past the needles. I keep reading these articles on age regeneration though, and test and growth hormone sure are appealing now that I've hit the bif three oh.

Its 600mgew because the Test Enanthate I have is 200mg per ml..Its just easier..
Ya I also just want the dbol to just kinda kickstart the cycle..Ill see how much bloat I get I may throw Some Clen If need be...

Ya I have been I have made many gains naturally alot in strength and size.. I started ot at 158 now im around 180.. Ive done the creatine protein blah blah I dont really want to do a big full cycle thats why I said just some Winstrol, good diet, and training..I need to get Cut for the summer and get my motivation up in the gym..

i just started back and i go to the 24 hour in arlington. man i have been out of this shit for like 2 years..... and this sucks, i am so sore. i bought a boat though and i gotta get ready for a long bad ass summer on the lake LOL. thats what is pushing me

Winny alone after more than 4 weeks WILL shut you down hard at even 50mg ed or so.

Why dont you try some Test Prop/Winny/Fina....

Honestly I wouldn't juice if you are just going to do winny.. The bads outweigh the pros

Just got back into the gym after more than a two year lay off (got married), and damn the recovery is a MOFO @ 34, trying to determine what supplements (other than protein and Creatine to take) any suggestions? Legit suggestions will be appreciated.

Dymatize seems to be pretty cost effective for tabs (more portable), which is wha I use, but powder would probably be cheaper.

I use Xtend by Scivation. Throw in a few scoops with a small dose WPI shake(20g) protein and sip it throughout my workout.
