Need to remove my tire

Any suggestions? What do you guys do to trim down your sides. I'd like to drop a size or two. Of course cardio works, but anything else I can do at home? My ass needs to drop some pds.

It's going to be diet, man. People will tell you fat burners, supplements, that stuff. But it really just boils down to calories in < calories burnt.

You can't really "target" fat areas, such as your sides. You gotta lose fat across the body.

Diet, diet, diet. To answer your quesion more specifically, there isn't a specific program pr exercise thatr will target fat in a specific area. How you carry fat is genetically pre-determined, as is how it comes off.

It would come off pretty gd easy if I'd quite eating Chipolte burritoes. I'm about 240, would like to get down to atleast 225. Here I come tuna.

i have been doing pretty good. i lost 25 pounds so far. im 240 now and aiming for 225. i go to the gym like 3 days a week and i eat right but i do cheat sometimes lol i have been working out since January but i stopped in February cause i moved out of my moms house and havent had time but i hope to reach my gaol by the end of this month

i lost alot of weight by running 2 miles everday and lifiting had a fat stomach went from 198 to 160 lbs in 6 weeks...counted my caliories eat egg whites or oatmeal in the mornin... grilled chicken breast and broclile for lunch..and a chicken breast and a salad that my dad makes pretty good for dinner ...i felt soo much better about myself now that i am trimed down no more fat stomach..plus drivers weight is also why i lost it and to look good ..lol

hey gray where ya lift at?? i lift at 24 hour in plano...didnt know if anybody works out their in this area.... could use a spoter or someone to lift with i always go by myself
