I need help planning a workout schedule

Can someone here help me or point me to a website that can help me?

I don't even know where to start to help me tone up. I mean, I run for cardio, but I'm talking about for weights and what not. I'm not a member of a gym (besides my apartment's gym and it sucks ass), so it has to be something I can do at home or with free weights. What body parts should I work out together and on which days? How many reps and how many sets? Any advice is appreciated.
