Weight Gainer

I'm looking to start on a different weight gainer. I've been using Cyto Gainer for about 9 months now and I dont get much from it. I'm eating 3 solid meals a day with 2 shakes a day. I'm trying to put some weight on without doing it by gorging. I'm 6 foot and i stay between 165-170. I even tried cutting back on the workout rutine for a bit and that didn't help.

Just curious what you guys have had success with.

If you are drinking 2 cytogainer shakes and 3 solid meals a day and not gaining weight...you obviously arent eating enough. Cytogainer has about the same stuff as muscle milk but less fat. Try using milk with the shakes instead of water to up the calories, and adding a protein bar to the snacks. Or add another meal....Chances are, you arent eating as many calories as you think you are, and consistently enough.

Also, if you are doing cardio, stop! haha.

Most people dont realize how much food 4500+ calories a day is...

He is not lying. I gained 30 pounds in 3 months taking Cytogainer and Mass Factor. Eat eat and eat. I used to weigh 165 then jumped up to 195, now down to 185-190 due to being so busy at work lately.
