for your body weight. thats damn good. my new goal, which will take a while, is 405x12 @sub 230 body weight. im dont with moving big weights.. all it does is lead to shoulder issues.every single person i know who reps more then 405 has either shoulder, or elbow issues. and if they dont have them now, they will get them.
The advantage you guys have is, even though 315 is Heavy for your weight..505 on the joints is 505 on the joints no matter how much mass you have pushing it.
Pain, is weakness leaving the body.
