Still working the cardio like a crack head and now I'm at
116 over 61 w/pr @ 57 BPM resting. If you don't ever check your blood pressure I highly recommend to do so, my quality of life is so much better. Less stress, better sleep, I could go on and on.
I need to get mine checked again, the last few times it has been very high, but last two times it was checked i was in the hospital for my knee, and gallbladder so i think pain had something to do with it. Last year when i had my flight physical it was normal. My RHR is around mid 50's. I wish i could get it back down into the mid to low 40's like it used to be when i was swimming for many hours a day. congrats on the progress seems like you have done alot of good in a very short time.
congrats, my blood pressure has went down alot since working out... i almost failed my physical for my cdl cause my blood pressure was too high, so ive been watching it closely and now its no where neat failing...
