Best Dead!

I cut down to 183lbs from 193lbs and I lifted a personal best Dead lift of 465 tonight. My weight was getting too high if i wanna compete at 181lbs.
4 more months tell my first meet. Maybe 500 is within reach!

Tomorrow Iíll be going for a new best bench.

whats your goal for bench? I'm 179-181 and pushing right at 340

I've been slacking on the squat. I do hit legs hard though.
I'll do sets of 450 on the smith but i need to start doing them free from now on.
I did 990lbs 6 times on the leg press today. Good range of motion too.

Hit 335 twice so i put on 345 and got it up. Slight pause half way up but pushed it out on my own.

Also hit the 125lb dumbells 8 times.

Best ever was 345lb a couple weeks ago. Yesterday if i maxed raw would have probably been around 325-330.

thats pretty good. i wish i had done a raw max before hurting my shoulder.. but instead all i have is my light bullshit sets on vid

i would record my lift, but its kinda hard to lift 400lbs and hold the camera...

I at 5' 8 1/2" i believe that already.
It's going to be a little harder for me at 5' 11 1/2"
