UGH! Will power out the window tonight for some reason. And I'd been doing so good too. How bad do you think this will be on my progress if any at all? I"m thinking maybe it will work in my favor by changing things up a bit and throwing the body off... lol, trying to put a positive spin on this.
Just roll with it, I think if you got your metabolism going in the right direction it will take a lot more abuse to derail it. I been dieting down and I take one day a week and eat a little bit of junk and it doesn't seem to really matter as long as I am back on track the next day.
