So, is it a bad thing....

...that I consumed half a batch of brownies this evening?

UGH! Will power out the window tonight for some reason. And I'd been doing so good too. How bad do you think this will be on my progress if any at all? I"m thinking maybe it will work in my favor by changing things up a bit and throwing the body off... lol, trying to put a positive spin on this.

Just get back on the wagon tomorrow.

I usually give into the cravings... I think it is my body telling me I need some sort of nutrient (carb, fat, protein) that I've been lacking.

I find the cravings have been further and further between and I think it is because I give into them.

My 401K is now a 400K (was 301K)

They recommend that you throw a high carb day in every week to throw off homeostasis, but half batch of brownies...probably not so much...

Just roll with it, I think if you got your metabolism going in the right direction it will take a lot more abuse to derail it. I been dieting down and I take one day a week and eat a little bit of junk and it doesn't seem to really matter as long as I am back on track the next day.

It's a lot easier to see results with a controlled diet. And you dont have to work nearly as hard in the gym. But as long as you're making it up there's no problem.
