Ok i know this question comes up a lot but i've never really looked at any of the threads so here it goes. I'm 18 about 160 i've always been in a really good shape but i play soccer so my build is more on the lean side from all the running i do. Well i stopped playing soccer in august and i did notice i put on a little weight in my stomach nothing major though i just always had an really flat stomach didn't let it bother me. i've kept working out and around december i was at 175 and was actually getting big instead of just lean. a few weeks agp i got diagnosed with mono and have lost weight and am down too 160 again. i haven't had time to work out. Now here's my question should i just do what i been doing before i got mono and keep working out naturally? i am back playing soccer but would also like to stay big, so should i try a creatine cycle see how i like it and go from there? i had a buddy in high school use it and he saw awesome results, thanks for any help guys i really appreciate it.
