I love to lift weights and enjoy abs and hammer curls probably the most. I was wondering what is the one thing in your workout that you absolutely hate to do? Cardio? Plyometrics? weights?...
I can't stand to do lunges.
I hate them! Every combo or way of doing them I can't stand. I only do them because they work well. I guess since its my weak area, thats why I hate them soooo. ::shrugs::

Well, right now I am just workin' for a summer physique as I'm still a ways away from contest shape. I still have a few percent to lose and a few more pounds to gain before I think I'll go on the contest circuit (my goal is a natural 205 @ about 6%), but I'd love to have your support when I get there.

I HATE abs and cardio. I do just enough abs to get by, and usually my only cardio comes from playing basketball or some other sport. Of course, right now, you couldn't tell that I ever do either. I think I need to start playing ball again....
