Hell yes spring is getting closer

Am I the only one that hates doing cardio indoors? Now that the days are starting to get a little longer I have been able to run sprints outside after working out. Sure beats HIIT on the elliptical.

I can't stand indoor cardio as well. I can't wait to start jogging again.

Ditto to that, and my fat gut can testify to it.

I hated it until the point that I got a stomach to be proud of. Now it's more of a necessary evil that I "enjoy", because while doing it I know what the result is.

I've been thinking about getting sized for proper running shoes so I can start running again. I really enjoyed running until I over strained my knees a couple of years ago. I've been afraid to get back into it ever since and have stuck to the elliptical which is terribly boring. I need a change of pace in bad way.

Man, it was a great morning for outdoor activity. Spun 12 miles on the trails on the bike and ran 3.5 miles on the trail.

I might just play "sick" this afternoon and head out to the lake with my Camelback full of Shiner and my laptop and wireless card.

My 401K is now a 400K (was 301K)

Same here. After sticking with it for a couple months, and seeing the results it provides, I dig it now. Especially doing HIIT, I can accomplish more in 20 minutes than I used to in 45.
