Fat burners?

What kind of fat burners do yall recomend? I heard Thermorexin is pretty good.

In addition, I tried Hydroxycut Hardcore and I didn't notice any faster losses than before or after it.

The best is the old E/C stack (ephedrine/caffine), but the laws make it hard to get. DNE Pharm is the only place to buy the stuff and they are not consistent with their supply. I have heard good things about HotRox Extreme and Lipo6 as well (sold at most retailers). Those two work by thermogenics (raising body temp a few degrees) and they also have caffine that allows for harder workouts. Try not to rely on them though, if you really want to use them, set a goal, get there, then maintan through proper workouts and diet.

Diet and meal size/placement are key in being "ripped".

I've heard good thing things about the new Venum.
I've never used any of those pills so i dont know personally.

Workout and cardio are the "key" in being "ripped"

Damn, i didnt mean to start any shit, i dont want to rely on fat burners, its just tht i do cardio about 3 times a week and im not seeing much improvement.

Try not to listen to anything he just said. Federal law has banned the sale of ephedra and or ephedara alkaloids in supplements. You can still find it in Primatine mist tablets and similar meds just about anywhere. Many will suggest an ECA or ECY stack. Or you could just go get some Clenbuterol which many know spares lean muscle and is very effective for most people. I say get a small bottle of whatever you choose and see how it effects you then go from there.

I've tried just abvout all of them (metabolic enhancers) over the years, and the most success I had, was when I dropped the pills, counted calories, and ran every day. You can't buy motivation or self control in pill form, and until you have those two down, ECA is going to be a waste of money.

I am with Raven on this. Only time I would suggest any fat burners is if you have all your shit together. If you have a perfect diet and workout routine and you want to cut down and spare muscle loss at the same time, some of the fat burners (mostly E/C/A or E/C/Y or E/C/Green Tea extract) are very good at sparing muscle loss while burning away fat. Any fat burner should only be used in cycles, and the caffiene addiction can be a bitch if you hop off them quickly. I would say its best to ramp up your doseage then ramp it down.
