Well...i've been working out pretty consistently for the past month or so...Eating like crazy.
Picked up the bodybugg from 24hour, to get an idea of the calories im burning daily about the same time, and realized i wasnt eating near enough.
Average daily caloric burn is upwards of 3200 without working out. Usually jumps up to over 4000 with a workout.
Well...decided to remeasure and check the progress today....
Nothing to write home about, but definately some decent progress for a month with my metabolism.
Going to try and double that up the next month...atleast on the BF% and measurements. Not necessarily on the lbs.
