It is a lot of protein, and I'm really only consuming 265 grams per day. With the exception of 75g in shakes, it's all coming from whole foods. I'm actually cutting right now, getting sub 10% bf and trying to lose as little muscle as possible.
I eat the same thing everyday.
breakfast protein shake, 1/2 cup fiber one
second breakfast, can of tuna and sweet potato
lunch 8oz chicken breast, 1/4 cup brown rice, salad
second lunch, can of tuna, salad
pre workout, protein shake, 1/2 cup fiber one
post workout, protein shake, 1/2 cup fiber one
dinner 8oz chicken breast, 3/4 cup egg whites
before bed 2 tbs natty pnut butter, 1/2 cup ff cottage cheese.
It seems to be working, lost 2" off my waist since 1/1, chest and arms are the same. I did lose 1/2" off my thighs though, gonna work on hitting legs harder.
