Protien farts...

My god, wtf is this shit. They can make these drinks taste decently great, make the output smell like bubble gum or some shit

You know whats worse, is that every time I fart, I have to smell them at least once and get a good wiff. Normally farts don't linger around either, this is like a fucking atomic bomb and the place is inhabitable for 60-70 years.

Its not so bad when I've ate, but if I take one on an empty stomach, gtfo. Broccoli does the same shit, especially steamed for me

isnt that usually per kg of body weight?

It is a lot of protein, and I'm really only consuming 265 grams per day. With the exception of 75g in shakes, it's all coming from whole foods. I'm actually cutting right now, getting sub 10% bf and trying to lose as little muscle as possible.

I eat the same thing everyday.

breakfast protein shake, 1/2 cup fiber one
second breakfast, can of tuna and sweet potato
lunch 8oz chicken breast, 1/4 cup brown rice, salad
second lunch, can of tuna, salad
pre workout, protein shake, 1/2 cup fiber one
post workout, protein shake, 1/2 cup fiber one
dinner 8oz chicken breast, 3/4 cup egg whites
before bed 2 tbs natty pnut butter, 1/2 cup ff cottage cheese.

It seems to be working, lost 2" off my waist since 1/1, chest and arms are the same. I did lose 1/2" off my thighs though, gonna work on hitting legs harder.

are you keeping up with your BF% and measurements, or just your measurements?

Looks like your carbs and fat are real low, so im curious if you are maintaining your muscle, or losing it and replacing it with fat due to energy expenditure.

I think it depends on the protein. The last stuff I took could make me clear a room for a couple hours, that shit never went away. The new stuff isnt bad.

No not keeping body fat measurements, at least not yet. I will have it checked after 12 weeks. Right now just going by the mirror which is good enough for me.

And trust me I'm not losing muscle, and for sure not gaining fat. The mirror says it all, I can tell the difference I didn't list everything above, my macros are actually 45% protein, 30% carbs, and 25% fat. I add some olive oil to my tuna and take fish oil suppliments. Carbs may be low for some but works great for me. All good complex carbs, too many carbs make me look soft.
