I go to the gym 6 days a week. What are the different phases? What type of weight and reps should I do? I am 5'7", 149 lbs.. I have lost about 21 lbs in the last 7 weeks. mon tues and wed i do 4 different exercises for my upper body. I want to build muscle and be as cut as possible by summer time. What should I do to get there evenly and propotionatly? I have got myself started but now its time to get serious and I dont know what to do. Any help would be awsome!!! If anyone is a trainer and could help me out maybe once or twice to show me the different exercises i need to do. I tried to read about it, but there is some many different stuff out there, I have gotten confused and overwhelmed. Not sure what is right and wrong. I want results and I want to meet my goal.
I am trying to get a six pack, which means i need to get rid of some more body fat around my abs, and I want to build up my chest and arms, and still look proportionate. And I want to get as far along as I can by the middle of june.. I have started and I go six days a week. I have already lost about 22 lbs.. I need help with more exercises, getting all the right fitness supplements, and using then right. NE one that can help that would be cool.... Is anyone here a trainer???
I have lost weight and my face is looking skinny people tell me I am looking skinny, but I still have a gut. And it is driving me crazy, at the same time i dont wanna look skinny. Is anyone here a trainer for hire?
