Anyone have any ideas on gaining weight?

I see all these threads about trying to lose weight. Well i want to put on some weight i eat a reasonable amount everyday but i dont gain any weight just stay the same. What should i be eating to gain weight any supplements i can take to help.

weight gainers. You can make a 16 oz shake that's good for 1500+ calories.

You need some supps.

Halodrol-50, XXX-Mass, X Factor, E-bol and so on....

Weight gain

The easy way to weight gain is to take a weight lose drink like Slim Fast with each meal. You'll add 900 to 1,000 calories a day.

I dunno about the X, but I've heard that the one's with "BD" on them work pretty well.

The best way that I have found for gaining MUSCLE weight is to actually take a protein shake right before you go to bed? Your body enters a catabolic state then and starts to feed on itself/ therefore attacking muscle before fat. Also, don't forget to take a shake/meal replacement within 1 hour of working out.

You can try the diet I am on. It sucks but it will work and it is all lean weight. I started the first of the year. I was [email protected]% fat and I am 5'8. Yesterday I weighed in [email protected]% fat. My goal is [email protected]% fat by April.
