Fastest way to lose weight legally.

Well I have been going to the gym when I can and I have changed my eating habits but I need to loose quickly. I am going back into the Corps and the max weight for my height is 181. I am dangerously close so I would like to cut this shit down to 175 or less. I can't do anything that is illegal because obviously they test for drugs and thats just not my style. I have run a few mock PFTs and I easily pass a PFT but there is also a weight in. Help me out.


I could be there as early as next week.

Cut out fats, sugar, and alcohol, and get cardio 4-6 times a week. You can drop 5-6 pounnds in a couple weeks easy.

Cutting water weight will work if he has a specific weigh in, but it sounds like they keep an eye on him and weigh regularly, so he'll need to lose some bodyfat.

There's a very simple formula to lose weight.

calories in < calories out

Little bit of both. Need to just loose however for the short term. Then make sure I don't allow myself to get like this again from then on. Not that 5ft 8in 180 is fat.

Cutting water weight is a very short-term solution (as in less than 24 hours), so clean up your diet, get hat cardio in, and see where you end up a few days before weigh-in.

If you cut off one of your legs you will lose 30-40lbs.... just a thought.

Cut out carbs.... only problem is when you get back on them, you'll put weight back on....

Just a thought. I think mine is more realistic than Dave's!

You don't even have to do that, just what kinds and how much. Complex carbs are an essential part of a long-term healthy diet. All this SouthBeack and Atkins bullshit is fad dieting for the short term, with no thought to long-term maintenance. All they care about is selling shit now.

I'm no expert, but a simple thing to do is, whenever you aren't busy working or whatever, you should be up and moving around. Run whenever you get home or however many times you can in a day. The biggest thing is to keep burning those calories off. Starving yourself isn't a good idea either, from what I hear your body will start storing fat instead of burning it off (or at least that is what I think I read) LOL

Piss test is not going to check for clen. A urine drug screen checks for opiates, benzoa, cocaine, etc...

That would work.

If you have access to a bike/trainer or a stationary bike with clips this is good for about 800 calories per hour:

10 Minute Warm Up with two spins at 100 RPM last a minute
3x5 minutes -> Pull a hard gear for 5 minutes at 100+ RPM, 5 Minutes rest at 85-90 RPM in an easy gear
4x4 minutes -> Spin an easy gear at 95-100RPM for two minutes, Spin a moderate gear at 85RPM for two minutes
8 minute cool down

I do that routine 2-3 times a week along with my normal riding. the 3x5 minutes portion will also help with your runtimes.

My 401K is now a 400K (was 301K)
