Looking forward to getting back home

and back into a routine...

So far, out of town on business, I've done...

Morton's 24oz porterhouse, garlic potatoes, cheese cake, lobster...
Taps Seafood medoly (which may sound healthy but I'm pegging it at a 1500 cal dinner)
Big ass black angus sirloin hamburger and two guinness for dinner and about 4lbs of sushi and 2 large Kirins for lunch.

Combined with about 2 martinis, some where north of 12-14 beers throughout the week.

Still have two days out here! Gotta be doing a good 4K cals a day without much exercise (a little treadmill work in the morning before I go to the office)

My 401K is now a 400K (was 301K)
