I need some help?
Sorry this is kinda long......In October of 2005 I ran a 5k and rain it in 42 minutes(i was disgusted) and i weighed about 215 pounds. Well I decided to do something about it, so in August of 2006 I decided to run the 5k again in the following October, so I did some running and I was about 195 pounds and I ran it in 32:35. i was pretty happy about my results. Well now I am 178 pounds and I run fairly regular and I can run the 5k in 30:15. I know I can run it in faster times, but my lungs give out. I am not having any problems with my legs. I feel like I could run 10 miles. So if anyone has any tips, please feel free to help me out.
