Started my new workout today

I just had shoulder surgery for a slap lesion that happened my freshman year of college pitching for the baseball team. I just got cleared to work out and eased my way into it today. Before I was weighing in at 225 and now I am a soft 200. I just hope my shoulder feels good tomorrow so I can keep increasing my weights until I get up to a percentage where I can start getting some decent gains.

It feels good just knowing that I'm one day closer to being back in game shape.

This is basically a pointless post but it feels so go to get the ball rolling I had to share.

My shoulder gets fucked up too every now and then, and if it acts up, depending on the pain either stop, or just lighten up the rest of the workout, and wait a day or two to lift heavy again, ive tried not waiting till it heals, and it just makes it worse and it will hurt for a week or two

Funny sidenote though, last year there were a few months I didnt work out, and my shoulder would hurt when I wasnt working out Hit the weights again, no problems... I guess itll keep me from being lazy

Sounds good. Don't over do it and re-injure yourself.
