Weekend trip to Sams...

I guess today I compared my cart to others...and it looked wayyyyyyyy different than everyone elseís!
I don't even want to add up how much protein I ingest weekly...
Keep in mind; I eat the same thing 5-6 days a week, 4 meals a day.
I find myself forced to shopping at Samís due to the quantities I consume and me being a cheapa$$!
Does anyone else eat the way I do?(just curious how much of a weirdo that I really am???)
What does everyone else(that actually works out) eat or try to eat?

I'm just looking for a few new ideas.
And yes, I eat a lot more than just protein, I just eat like a freaken horse!
Got my greens in there too; ya see, lol! \/ \/ \/

I've been eating whatever i want like a horse also. Forcing food down to gain weight. I start my day with half a box of lucky charms or frostin flakes in a big sauce pan. That or about 6 donuts. lol

Im going to start cuting down on the fast food a little and see what happens. I get a lot of protein in my shakes.
I have noticed that i shit around 30 inches of shit once a day. I think it just goes straight out of me.

With that much protein you might want to invest in some extra vent fans for the bathroom....

You are not free whose liberty is won by the rigour of other, more righteous souls. Your are merely protected. Your freedom is parasitic, you suck the honourable man dry and offer nothing in return. You who have enjoyed freedom, who have done nothing to earn it, your time has come. This time you will stand alone and fight for yourselves. Now you will pay for your freedom in the currency of honest toil and human blood."

Naaaa, I'm used to waking up at the butt-crack of dawn and cooking for the day.
I used to cook enough for a week, but that got old quick.
Plus everyone would talk sh*t when I was munching down on chicken breasts a week old!

There is absolutely no reason to eat that much protein. I have found myself eating more fruits and vegetables throughout the day and to be honest I can't even call anything a "meal" anymore since it's really just constant snacking.

I can't help it, I'm used to being organized from work.

Naaa, did the shopping at like 9-10 am this morning.
I left there so I could go home and eat!

Congrats you know what protein is...

NO person's body can efficiently take in that much protein, even big guys/body builders.

If I had that stuff in my cart, it would go on the shelf, and 5 years later I would probably still see it there.

your body shits out most of the excess protien and if you need the calories then that isnt bad for you. that much would prbobly do some number on your liver after a while and things that are high in protien have the tendencies to be high in calories and occasionally fats. as much as everyone is bitch tho, this is alot better than most people McDonalds twice a day diet or the frosty flake diet... going to start to go to sams to stock up as welll.

which chicken do yall get at sams?? i got the precoocked breasts and those were awsome! 3 min in the microwave and they tasted great! what do yall get and how do you cook it?

Easily combated with Liv 52.

Stay away from the Mesquite pre-cooked chicken breasts at Sams,
because they are processed chicken.
(I know they come in a brown 10lb box and are put out by Tyson).
Pay attention to the way it "crumbles" and does not tear apart;
that should be a clue.

I did the same, but it's always the bag of frozen chicken breasts. I burned out on tuna a while back, so the chicken is my main source of protein, along with my two shakes.

Old pics when I was about 230-245, I'm around 250-260 now.
Always been 100% natural, just like I said, I eat like a F-in horse!
I'm not a bodybuilder and can always use improvement.
I just love to workout and eat, that's all.

Last picture is freshman year of college(when I actually did cardio, lol).

Pictures don't mean anything to me anymore anyways.
I quit meeting chics off the net my high school year
(learned wayyyy too many lessons about online chics, lol)

I'm about 6 ft / 4in.
I might be a bit taller, not sure.
I don't really weigh myself all that often.
I fluxuate so much, it really wouldn't be very accurate.

Ah, that explains it. That first pic doesn't look like 250lbs, but being that tall makes more sense.
